We operate a small private personal training studio designed to support people who struggle with the anxiety of public gyms.

The studio provides a safe, calm place for genuine mental health conversations and confidence-building coaching.

Alongside coaching, we run an e-commerce store with 300+ products across ten trusted brands including RDX Sports, Phoenix Fitness, Gymist and Adidas.

All product write-ups are created by real coaches based on lived experience, helping people set up home gyms or upgrade their training with honest guidance.

As coaching capacity is limited due to the private model, the e-commerce arm is a key part of our long-term growth and community impact.

We’ve hosted 14 strength-based events (NOT COMPETITIONS) nationwide, each one connecting three key groups:

Our goal is to build sustainable mental health ecosystems that continue supporting people long after the event ends.

Five-year vision: establish these ecosystems nationwide and fund Mental Health First Aid training for independent coaches who give their time to the initiative.

Ten-year vision: make Mental Health First Aid training a standard requirement within Level 2 coaching qualifications, ensuring frontline coaches can spot early signs, intervene safely and ultimately save lives.
