Team entry
Maximum team members are 5 lifters per team, all lifts recorded by the team. The team that lifts the most KG in 24hours wins the team category - Event entry fee £50.
Gym entry
All lifts recorded by the gym who lifts the most KG in 24hours wins, Event entry fee £80.
